About Shae

As you may have guessed, my name is Shae. I've been writing in some form or fashion for as long as I can remember. I'm an only child, so my stories have always been my friends. I've always made up people to talk to. Turns out, if you call yourself a writer, that isn't so weird anymore.

I love romance. I love the way it tugs at your heart, flips your stomach, and twists your insides. It can take you in every direction. It can rip your heart out and it can heal all of your broken pieces. At our core, it's what we all search for.

So often I'll hear a song lyric or a stranger will say something and an entire story will take shape in my imagination. These are the magic moments I live for and the stories I can't wait to tell. I hope if decide to reach out and get to know any of my secret friends that you will fall in love with them as much as I do.
